After you run Wallpaper Sequencer, you should see
its icon in your Windows system tray (the Taskbar Notification Area,
usually near
the clock on the right side of the taskbar.)
One click on this icon and you'll see the Wallpaper Sequencer settings window.
Also you can get a popup menu by clicking your right mouse button on
the tray icon. Menu details follow:

Set the previous item from the wallpaper list as the desktop

Click the "Add Picture" button to add one picture in a
supported format, or click
the "Add folder" button to add all pictures of any supported
format from the folder(s) you
select.
